As participants in a face-to-face training in a foreign country, it is assumed that there will be a culture shock, however slight it may be. We will be working together with people from different countries with different cultures, histories, traditions and ways of thinking.
Therefore, it is essential to have a basic knowledge of intercultural communication.
In addition to this, this training will be based on non-formal educational techniques, so we also want all participants to have a basic knowledge of the context of youth work.
